Program Overview

A solid foundation in traditional yoga & yogic lifestyle

This 100-Hour Yoga TTC Program builds a strong base in asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy, while giving you a disciplined daily routine and a taste of traditional ashram life in Kerala.

Across ten days and nine nights, you will practice yoga twice daily, explore the roots of yogic philosophy, study elements of Ayurveda and learn simple tools to bring balance into your everyday life. The course is suitable for complete beginners, regular practitioners and those returning to practice.

The focus of the program is to help you practise and understand yoga safely and intelligently so that you can continue your journey into the 200 Hours Yoga TTC with confidence whenever you are ready.

Nutritious vegetarian meals, a calm study environment and a structured timetable support your transformation on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

06:30 – 07:00 Shatkriya & herbal tea – Jala Neti and other yogic cleansing methods, followed by mantra recitation and fire ceremony purification (Pooja).
07:00 – 08:30 Asana practice – Hatha / Ashtanga (depending on week schedule) under the guidance of experienced teachers.
08:30 – 09:30 Pranayama – guided breathing exercises.
09:30 – 10:30 Breakfast – special yogic Sattvic menu.
10:30 – 11:30 Yoga philosophy / Ayurveda / teaching methodology.
11:30 – 12:30 Mantra chanting.
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch.
14:00 – 15:00 Free time / self‑study.
15:00 – 16:00 Yoga anatomy (2 weeks) / asana alignment (2 weeks).
16:00 – 17:30 Ashtanga Vinyasa / Hatha Yoga theory & practice.
17:30 – 18:30 Yoga Nidra / guided meditation and relaxation.
