Through daily practice of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, detailed alignment and adjustment workshops, philosophy lectures, meditation sessions, and teaching practicums, you evolve from a teacher to a skillful guide capable of holding space for diverse groups of students.

Over 30 days and 29 nights, you will live and study in a peaceful environment close to the Arabian Sea. The schedule is full yet balanced, allowing time to integrate the teachings and to connect with a supportive international community of practitioners.

Prerequisites

  • At least six months of regular Ashtanga, Hatha or Vinyasa yoga practice.
  • Successful completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training (any recognised style).
  • Willingness to commit to a full, immersive schedule and live a yogic lifestyle during the course.

Certification

Graduates who successfully complete the full curriculum, assignments and teaching practicums receive a 300-hour Teacher Training Certificate and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as 300-hour Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT® 300 / RYT® 500 depending on previous training).

1st Week

  • Introduction to Hatha & Vinyasa flow
  • Pawanmuktasana series A
  • Surya Namaskar (Hatha)
  • Chandra Namaskar (Hatha)
  • Standing series: Trikonasana, Parsvakonasana, Virabhadrasana A/B/C
  • Seated and forward bends including Paschimottanasana variations
  • Backbends and gentle inversions
  • Core strengthening and relaxation

2nd Week

  • Surya Namaskar A & B (Ashtanga)
  • Standing series refinement and transitions
  • Balancing postures such as Natarajasana, Vrksasana, Garudasana
  • Eka Pada variations and hip opening sequences
  • Strength work for arms, shoulders and core
  • Introduction to arm balances

3rd Week

  • Intermediate asanas and deep hip openers
  • Backbends: Ustrasana, Dhanurasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana variations
  • Forward bends & twists: Marichyasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, etc.
  • Seated balance postures and core integration
  • Refinement of transitions and breath count

4th Week

  • Inverted asanas: Shoulderstand, Headstand and variations
  • Leg stretching & restorative sequences
  • Teaching practice, class planning & sequencing
  • Question & Answer sessions and feedback
  • Practicum, final assessments and closing ceremony
