About this Yoga TTC Program

This special 21 Days Yoga Teacher Training Course combines a complete TTC curriculum with 7 full-body Ayurvedic massages designed to support detox, muscle recovery and deep relaxation.

You will study classical Hatha yoga, basic Vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation, mantra, anatomy and yoga philosophy in a peaceful rooftop shala overlooking coconut trees with the Arabian Sea breeze of Varkala.

This course is ideal if you wish to become a yoga teacher or if you want a structured, immersive program to deepen your personal practice while enjoying regular Ayurvedic treatments.

200 Hours Yoga TTC Program (21 Days & 28 Days)

Typical Daily Schedule

The exact timetable may change slightly depending on the season and group needs, but a typical training day looks like:

  • 06:30 � 08:30 Morning asana, pranayama and short meditation
  • 09:00 � 10:00 Breakfast and personal time
  • 11:00 � 13:00 Theory: anatomy, alignment, philosophy or teaching practice
  • 13:00 � 15:00 Lunch break and rest
  • 15:30 � 16:30 Workshop, self-study or scheduled Ayurvedic massage (on selected days)
  • 17:00 � 18:30 Evening Hatha class and deep relaxation
