A regular practice is helpful but not mandatory. We work progressively, offering modifications for beginners and deeper options for experienced practitioners.

Is accommodation and food included?

Yes, our residential packages include shared or private rooms (depending on availability), two sattvic meals and light evening soup/tea on training days.

Can this course count towards teacher training hours?

This training follows a 200-hour style curriculum. For official registration, please mention your intention when you enquire so we can guide you on certification options.

How do I travel to Varkala?

The nearest airport is Trivandrum (TRV). From there we can help you arrange a taxi (approximately 1–1.5 hours) straight to the school.
